Refund & Cancellation Policy

At V Aims Advisors, we strive for quality and transparency. However, due to the nature of compliance and document-based services, refunds are governed by the following terms.

1. Refunds – Eligibility

Full or partial refunds will be issued:

  • If the service is not initiated and you cancel within 24 hours of payment
  • If duplicate payments are made
  • If the service is not delivered due to internal reasons

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

  • If documentation has been submitted or processing has begun
  • If filings were rejected due to incorrect/incomplete client data
  • If government fees or challans have been paid

Services like DSC procurement, PAN/TAN registration, ITRs, GST Returns, TDS Returns, GST Registration and company incorporation once initiated are non-refundable due to statutory nature.

3. Partial Refunds

  • Applicable if some work is done but not completed due to some internal reasons
  • Admin or processing fee (typically 30%–35%) may be deducted

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Can be done only before service documentation is uploaded
  • Cancellation requests must be emailed to vaimsadvisors@gmail.com

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refund will be made to the original mode of payment

If you are dissatisfied, we encourage you to contact us. Any unresolved disputes will be handled under Indian law in the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.
